I downloaded Tinder in 2014. Sophomore year of college. For someone as introverted as I was, it felt like a door opened. Technology was doing what it was supposed to do. It made my life BIGGER.
Twelve years and a lot of apps later, that feeling is gone.
Recently I was leaving my college alumni event and saw a kid who had just graduated, walking out with his dad. I felt the weight of what's missing. A whole generation that doesn't know how to find their people. They survived COVID isolation, inherited a broken social life, and they're still figuring out where they belong.
Validate exists for that kid. And for everyone tired of apps that never lead anywhere.
So we built the opposite. Small groups. Same place. Same time. Every week.
